hypnosis for sleep

If you’ve experienced persistent sleep disruptions like insomnia, night waking, nightmares, or nighttime anxiety—you might already be familiar with the dread of trying to sleep.

Many of my sleep clients come to me after they have already tried many other solutions like medications and therapy.

Together, we work to help you bridge the gap between mind and body to help you gently retrain that dread and replace it with a natural state of restorative ease. Combining deep trance and calming exercises, we teach your mind and body to embrace rest. We play with easy ways to enter deep sleep, to tune into your body and allow outside sounds and snoring partners to lose their late-night power, and to quiet yourself to stay asleep through the night.

Hypnosis can allow us to teach our bodies to respond to stressors in a more gentle, calm and focused way. With a combination of deep trance work and empowering self-hypnosis tools, you can learn to take control of anxious thoughts, find your breath, and let your body help you feel your best.

“The anxiety that I was feeling because I was unable to sleep was gone immediately after the first session. After two sessions my sleep has improved immensely. In addition to the hypnosis, Devon taught me some helpful techniques that I could use every day.” —C, sleep client
